We were glad to come upon a review of our culinary arts series on The Food Museum Online website, www.foodmuseum.com, in their Food for Thought: Books Worth Noting section.
They describe the Kegan Paul Library of Culinary Arts, stating that 'All food historians and cooks will find ample fodder in this series indeed'.
They go on to mention a few of our titles, including Skuse's Complete Confectioner, A Guide for the Greedy, by a Greedy Woman, Food for the Greedy, Three Hundred and Sixty-Six Menus and Twelve Hundred Recipes and The Gentle Art of Cookery. All of which can be found right here on our website!
Enjoy!
